Rules:

- Both are in character.

- Guts can use the Berserker Armor

- Aang starts in base, but can activate the Avatar state whenever the need arises.

- Victory via BFR or death.

- Fight takes place in an area where Aang has access to all of his elements .

Who wins and why?

Guts Ko's him with the flat of the blade. If he starts in avatar state with his shield, he might win. Issue is if aang will notice how strong guts is, and I don't think he'll be able to in time.

Aang stomps if he's remotely serious.

Aang sent Guts in the room made of the earth by earthbending since I don't remember Guts ever fought someone with this type of variety on powers nor willing to kill a child.

Guts is too fast

Aang has some good travel speed feats via fast running and high jumping via airbending and even his airball. His seismic sense is a good factor in helping with his reactions not to mention his bending gives him a huge advantage in attacks. Not a stomp in favor of guts but if aang goes avatar state it's over in a stomp.
