I wouldn't go that far (it'll be hard to top Nolan's The Dark Knight), but Matt Reeves is a great director, I think he'll make an awesome Batman movie.

I just want it to be a good mix of what made Keaton and Bale movies so good brought to modern day

@mrmonster: to bad Nolan's Batman wasn't real Batman. Other then that they were ok. I still need a real Batman. Not watered down Nolan crap. Real Batman. Where Killer Croc can exist and Bane can have his venom serum.

We argue about Batman's peak human abilities every day on this site. Nolans was the weakest incarnation of all time. Where was Batman's superior knowledge?

It will be really hard to top the dark knight but if it does then sure.

It won't be coming out anytime soon if the rumors are to be believed.

@roundsoplenty: Affleck doesn't want to do Batman anymore. It was kinda apparent during JL and after that did pretty poor at the box office, he's been very reluctant to even do another movie dispite signing a 13 movie deal. I don't blame him considering he's been dealing with a divorce and is back in rehab according to some sources.

The director says he's still in the movie, but I doubt it.

We shall see.
