Quicksilver kills them both. He can actually "speed blitz"

Speed blitz doesn't equal Knockout or kill. Besides BP suit absorbs kinetic energy. One ground punch, and that halts quicksilver

Not really as the pulse would be seen a lot slower for Quicksilver so he'd be able to continuously dodge it and keep punching their heads til they suffer brain damage or ko'd.

With their enhanced reflexes and perception, their kynetic suits and claws, the Panthers are the perfect foils for any speedster.
