Phantom Stranger VS Abraxas

I am guessing this is the post crisis version. What can Phantom Stranger actually do?

Scans the multiverse. Is totally unaffected by Katana's sword. Stomps Sin Eater.

Fights evenly with The Spectre.

Shields(against an elder-god, and The Haunted Highwayman)

Can scan minds. Generate portals. Redirects Raven's soul-self right back at her.

Lastly; Stops time. Resists being possessed by Deadman

Those're all I'm aware of.

@brucerogers: Phased through a bull rush by Etrigan, then Etrigan's Hellfire gave him the equivalent of a stubbed toe. He has a version of the penance stare, and he stopped Eclipso from snuffing out the sun.

I'm going with Abraxas. Wasn't he casually slaughtering versions of Galactus and on par with Eternity?
