Parker industries/ Horizon labs / Future Foundations Spidey > Broke Ironman from recent runs

Bust most versions of Ironman > Spidey but you could argue a TON of people less smart than pete have either hacked or hijacked the ironman armor.
Spider-man even worked for stark for a while so he has exclusive knowledge on how the current suit stark is using works.
