Okay then. Assuming this is single Mangekyou Obito, one could easily make an argument for Galan soloing, since the only things that can hurt him are Deidara's C0 and suicide explosions along with Chibaku Tensei and Tsukuyomi. His physicals are so laughably superior to anyone in the Akatsuki, a single slash from Galan(or it's shockwave, for that matter) could probably bisect any of them.

Obito with single mangekyou can only be defeated with his same eyes via kamui. No other way in fact.
