Ward, and none of the rounds are close, except for the last one.

R1 & R2: It's hard to debate for Murakami, given he doesn't have many feats, so I'll say that Ward wins both rounds in a close fight.

R3: Murakami, like the other fingers of the Hand, is a low-level superhuman. He should be stronger.

R4: Ward is too handsome to be menacing. Murakami looks like a psychopath at times, especially when he dissects a bear.

3rd round is questionable but Murakami seriously lacks strength feats on Ward's caliber.

Murakami probably has better striking (one shooting Jess and harming Luke Cage) but Ward has him beat in every other category.
