Small Surtur from beginning of Ragnarok

Scott. Ripping the wing off a plane shows he's comparable to Thor in strength. Small Surtur was pretty unimpressive. Scott shrinks to avoid the fire blasts and grows to rip the crown off.

His durability was beyond Giant Man showed.He repeatedly took multiple lightning enhanced mjolnir strikes,without any visible damage and just moved a step back.He also took that lightning embedded mjolnir ground slam,which disintegrated every else,and produced a big shockwave.Meanwhile,Giant Man was completely thrown off by a body slam by vision,and fell off from tony(in weakest armor) and rhody double uppercut,after spidy webbed him up.He was hurt for good in both instances,whereas surtur was fine,even though he was already physically crippled,from whatever he got hit with.

Now,the best striking Giant Man is stunning spidy,hurting him to some extent.However he was completely fine without getting any injury or getting unconscious.Whereas Surtur could produce enough force from his sword to keep pushing back Thor,who was already spinning his hammer like shield to counter.Thor was clearly strained in doing so,clear from his facial expressions.

So IMO,Surtur wins for the majority.Giant man has no feat of surviving a amount of force straining Thor,nor has any significant striking showing to prove he can put down a guy who took repeated lightning enhanced mjolnir hits to the face without any injury.

Thor would beat Giant-Man with as much or less difficulty than he did to beat Surtur, Surtur wins.

@yeimsick: the fact that he would be trying to hit an ant-sized Scott with a beam of fire only a couple feet wide. Its within character for Scott to shrink defensively when his enemies attack. He essentially dissapears, pops up to giant size behind Surtur and rips his tiara off. Since he knows that's how to defeat Surtur, that would be the obvious strategy.

Not familiar with comics Ant-Man but I think even knowing the path to victory MCU version gets obliterated, he doesn't seem to have the same capabilities when it comes to alternating states - and he's not exactly nimble as Giant-Man. Also fire bad.
