Thanos comes to earth to find Flash, who is housing the time stone but Superman comes to stop him.

Thanos has the space stone and mind stone.

Thanos can only use the telekinesis and teleportation abilities of the space stone, and has feats from Vision for mind stone (no Loki feats.) And that's only the lasers.

Thanos is aware that he is facing an opponent with Hulk like strength and durability with vastly better speed than anyone he's ever faced.

Superman is notified by Cyborg 30 minutes ahead that an alien with collosal physicals and two incredibly powerful artifacts is coming to earth.

Fight in Gotham.

Thanos' job is to get to flash, who can't move and is inside a Metropolis city block that Thanos can't teleport into or he will die, which he knows. He doesn't know the exact location of the stone though, so he has to make Superman tell him.

Superman's job is to KO or kill Thanos, but in his prep Thanos used the space stone to make it impossible to remove the gauntlet or stones from it.

The fight starts with Superman having bullrushed Thanos into Gotham from the clouds, then flying down 50 meters behind Thanos. The fight goes on from there.

Both have their standard morals.

Who wins?

And don't tell me this is a stomp. Thanos has the two weakest stones, no one is nerfed, and both have a goal certainly within their reach.
