Supergirl was raised in Argo City as a Kryptonian lady. Clark was raised in a barn like the dumb redneck hick he is while Jon and Martha went to explain to their parents how the mutant they birthed had special powers whereupon they all said Hallelujah and attributed to an act of God, embarked on further racial oppression, misogyny, incest and terrorism.

Clark thankfully moved to the city before he turned into a zombie with a red MAGA cap bleating about STEAL ER JABS and being racist. But one cannot grow out stupidity from a farm boy

Kara with her regular aerobics and yoga will be in top shape. With a proper Kryptonian upbringing she will be able to make educated decisions instead of dancing to the tune of foreign powers. Clark will probably be drunk or assaulting minorities with long range cowardly lasers (all in the name of homeland security of course!)

Only reason why Kara seems more powerful than Clark is because she doesn't suppress her powers like he does ans stated by him.
