Location:

Lord Voldemort travels to New York and establishes a crime family that profits off selling magical items to the general populace. The US military discovers the magical items and tracks down Voldemort to his hideout. Knowing full well they are dealing with an other-worldly being they send the best of the best to either eliminate or apprehend him.

Round 1:

1. Voldemort has no Horcrux

1b. 2 Fire-teams of 4 SEALs each with standard gear

2. Morals Normal

3. Win by Death or Arrest/KO

4. SEALs only have the knowledge that Voldemort is a magical being

4b. Voldemort has no knowledge the SEALs have tracked him

Note: Voldemort does not actually have any guards or outside help

Round 2:

Same as Round 1 but Voldemort compound is surrounded by police and he must escape.

If the seals get the jump on him Voldy is dead. He isn't superhuman, he can't react to bullets. If Voldemort has a foes glass he might be able to take this via a number of creative scenarios.

Voldemort gets shot. Wizards have human level durability and reactions.

Voldemort would end up dead like the dark wizard Black Wolf with a bullet to the head
