so i got done reading issue 6 of dark knights metal issue 6. And it looks like they gave out some pretty good hints that a Marvel vs DC crossover could happen again. Bruce was explaining how their multiverse is just a fishbowl thrown in the ocean, compared to other side ( the other universes that they opened) also they gave images of the beings they might face. This was after the battle against Barbatos and his Dark Knights, Obviously. They shown, what i assume was the female version of Loki, Different alternate version of Spider Man, Dr Strange and one of the alternate versions of Storm and the Hooded character which i assume as well might be either Dr Doom without his mask or a hooded Red Skull. If this is True then DC is really trying to step their game up and with better writers on the rise, Marvel and DC is about to get a lot more interesting. What do you guys think?

I think it's okay to dream. There are plenty of writers on both sides who'd love a new crossover, but there are two main problems.
1. The companies themselves need to get along, including neither demanding more than their fair share of the profits, which is why past negotiations have fallen through before.
2. The fanboys who've practically dedicated their lives to hating the other side and in doing so telling their companies that they'd probably hate a crossover. "Working with the enemy" as you could maybe call it.

@aros001: did you peep this issue? the characters they've shown looked like marvel characters. it could be a possibility tho. i wouldn't mine it but the writers of both Marvel and DC should not be biased and stick to the characters canon feats and characteristics etc. since Disney owns Marvel they can negotiate a fair price and somehow split the money equally

@the_living_tribunal_24: Seeing that Marvel have new characters and DC have new characters, it would be interesting. Seeing like Miles Morales, Khamla Khan, Spider Gwen, Amadeus Cho ( New Hulk), Iron Heart, Squirrel Girl, Shang Chi, etc teaming up with the Teen Titans. That would be sick

Marvel and DC have teased and paid homages to each other's characters many times over the years. I think Marvel's Captain Marvel did one recently where Carol saw all the Captain Marvels of the multiverse and one was clearly meant to be a reference to Shazam.
I'm not saying a new crossover can't happen, and Scott Snyder is one of the people who'd really like to make it happen. I'm just saying that unlike the first crossover they ever did, Superman vs. The Amazing Spider-Man, there's a lot more bitterness between the big two (most caused by the fans or people trying to pander to the fans' hate) and hardly anyone in charge is willing to compromise anymore. If either one of them thinks they deserve more than 50% of the profits and the other naturally says no, then they can just pick up their ball and go home and that's the end of the negotiations.

If either one of them thinks they deserve more than 50% of the profits and the other naturally says no, then they can just pick up their ball and go home and that's the end of the negotiations.

so i got done reading issue 6 of dark knights metal issue 6.

"Working with the enemy" as you could maybe call it.

so i got done reading issue 6 of dark knights metal issue 6.
