How far does Todoroki make it?

Taskmaster shouldnt be above Sabretooth or Miles Morals, and Wolverine shouldnt either. That said, he has a shot at clearing

Stops at 10 for sure. Spider-man can predict his attacks with spider-sense, and use the buildings to evade his ice. I don't think Todoroki has feats with his fire to tag Peter, and even if he did spider-man could block it with his webbing.

Iron fist is a little dicey due to his chi. He might be able to punch through his ice and tunnel through it like Bakugo did but I don't know if iron fist can unleash a barrage of punches like that. I know he did with black panther but that was evil iron fist. Has iron fist ever done that under regular circumstances?

Stops at spiderman. While he has the fire power to put him down, he wont hit spiderman. Spiderman knocks him out with one solid hit to the head.

@warlockmage: there an amp or something Wolverine got? Sabretooth has consistently shown to be>Wolverine. And just because you out debated someone for the sake of winning a match doesnt mean your character is superior. I know someone(using Boba-Fett off all people) who outdebated and beat someone using Peter Parker for the sake of winning a match. Clearly Boba is not>Parker, he just debated better

no its just not the 80s anymore, Wolverine is no longer mentally freaked out by Sabretooth and after becoming as skilled as he is hes just better

and as for the miles thing either start coughing up some reasons on how miles is gonna beat someone with a better healing factor than hes ever faced, someone insanely more skilled than him, with comparable speed and claws that shred high tiers (like Thor and Hulk) for fun, otherwise no one is gonna take you seriously

@warlockmage: Pretty sure the fight in that second scan is Daken. anyway The only time Wolverine is better than Sabertooth is because of adamantium, and even then Sabertooth has far better showings, Like beating Iron Fist, Beast, Omega Red, Nightcrawler etc. Pre-adamantium Wolverine got trashed by Pre-Weapon X Sabertooth, And then post-weapon X Sabertooth is just better. Again better showings even before and after weapon x.

Spiderman would be the one who beat Shouto like stain did but in a way of webbing,better strength and speed.

He also has evaded teams of X-men and avengers. And all the people you listed have super human speed. Not only that but people like Stain, Twice and Compress have evaded Todorokis attacks.

People are overestimating Shouto here, he could barely tagged characters that are around Wolverine speed.
