I personally feel this one goes to tsunade

Kazekage Rasa slaughters and stomp.

Speaks about a Gaara with a stronger type of chakra infused sand + gold dust + magnetism release.

Tsunade becomes a golden statue.

4th Kazekage quite easily.

Does Tsunude can counter gold sand dust attacks but highly possibly the 4th Kazekage wins this fight

Raza was kind of weak. I'd lean toward Tsunade.

The Kazekage may win because it takes place in the sand village. Almost anywhere else he would lose.

Tsunade would immediately charge at him giving him little time to use long range attacks. Even if she takes a few hits she was shown to be extremely enduring without the use of her seal. Any absolute sand defense would be crushed by her as she was able to inflict great damage on susanos. Even if he's able to land an attack using Gold dust or some variation she would use her seal then kill him.

She just needs to break through his defense. She can tank all damage He causes. She takes this.

Raza should win I think. Especially because this is in the Sand Village

If he gets his gold in her and controls her she is done. Even Shukaku couldn't overpower it

If Shukaku couldn't overpower his Gold Dust, then Tsunade has no chance.

Raza wins.

Rasa is one of many characters in Naruto who go nerfed off screen, but somehow ended up being these super impressive shinobi when Kishi ran out of ideas towards the middle/end. Dude got shanked by Orochimaru like he was nothing and Tsunade is at least on Oro's level so Rasa gets punched across the country.

Tsunade would be able to kill shukaku. Imagine her flinging herself to his stomach or skull and by ten punches he's done. Just because she didn't have problems with the tailed beast doesn't mean she couldn't kill them or stop Their rampages.

@justsugang: Tsunade has no chance against any Biju. She's far weaker than any of them in every aspect, including strength. Let's not get crazy here.

OT: Tsunade can't get passed his attacks. So he kills her until she stays dead.

I will confidently say Tsunade wins. Fourth Kazekage got stomped by Gaara and Orochimaru on two separate occasions.

Tsunade has the speed and strength to outmaneuver and counter his scale and corner him.

Rasa isn't that impressive Gaara already stomped his Dad already but if it was Gaara vs Tsunade, Gaara slaps.

Rasa wasn't all that strong but the location gives him the win here. Anywhere else I'd have Tsunade winning.
