So how do you feel about this game about all shonen jump characters in a different realistic style?

This is going to make "composite" battles real interesting.

@malzahaar: Yup it does where everyone is on the same level of dragon ball z and other higher shonen jump cast in terms of powers.

I thought the overall choreography and visual style of the trailer alone was mediocre, but the graphics of the game itself looks fantastic if it's what we have to go on. As a lot of short teasers go, it doesn't reveal the exact gameplay we can expect, like whether it's 2D or 3D action, so no opinion on that, though I'm hoping it's the latter, perhaps something reminiscent of Ninja Storm would be acceptable at least. I hope it does not turn out like FighterZ, a game I will never play because of the lazy/sluggish fight animations.

Still confused as to how Light Yagami will be a part of this other than killing everyone immediately via Death Note.

@xy: Maybe would make Light Yagami has Ryuk as a partner to do some dark magical attacks kinda like Rosalina did with the lumas from smash bros?

@xy: Looks like 3D. I like FighterZ, the 2.5D & graphic style aren’t my favorites, but overall I like the game. I get why it’s not everyone’s thing though.

I think they confirmed he plays a big part in the story but won't be playable. and If he is playabale it will probably be some original form of the character from the story mode where he and ryuk fuse or something like that.
