project.pbxproj file is corrupted after link in React-Native

I did a React-Native link for react-native-vector-icons
which populated the iOS files including project.pbxproj
file.
Now I have removed the package from my project but there is an error and it show from this file which still references to the react-native-vector-icons
which clearly doesn't exist anymore.
I want to generate a fresh .pbxproj
file only including the latest package installed.
Anyone knows how?
