Round 1: Wolverine is in his prime. No prep.
Round 2: Wolverine is in his prime. Both sides get 1 hour of prep. Rocket has access to the Milano. Logan has access to the X-Mansion. But neither can call in allies to fight directly (or shut anyone down with TP). Allies can only help them with prep like supplying gear or collecting information on the opponent.
Round 3: Wolverine is in the condition he was at the start of Logan. No prep.
Rocket has a pile of guns he's used on-screen behind him.
Bloodlusted.
Win by death only.
