Why don't we use unit step function in logistic regression?
Why do not we use unit step function for classification ?Rather we use logit function, which can also depict 0 or 1, the cost computation of logistic regression is high if we see the cost function curve where as unit step function divide the classification data by the y axis when it has 2 features eg.dog and cat.
