The arrow at one point moved mach 30 IIRC. So yea.
EDIT: Than agan I think Tazerface dodged the arrow in the same scene I am thinking of and I doubt that guy is faster than spider-man.

I just checked the wiki, it says it caught on fire by piercing a tank of flammable materials. This video gave me the thought that the arrow goes at Mach 1.2 - Mach 5.

Depends how fast it is. If its on the lower end Peter could catch it. If its mach 3-5 I am not sure if he could catch it.

@jashro44:
I was wrong anyway, the arrow lit up on fire when Yondu whistled in a higher pitch, it's supposed to go faster if the pitch is higher anyway. Here's the fire part anyway.

That's one way to look at it. I just have my doubts he is meant to be that fast, otherwise he would be a speedster. It just makes it hard for me to take the feat seriously.

In the same scene it supposedly hit re-entry level speed, that random minor character casually dodged it and I don't think we're to take that to mean he has mach 25+ reactions, the scene didn't feel that way to me.

@subline: So I was right?
CONTEXT:
It isn't Mach 30, that's for sure. Assuming it set on fire from the speed, not the whistle pitch. The arrow must've been going over Mach 5. The arrow seemed to be going as fast as MCU Quicksilver anyway, who was calculated to be Mach 4, so you could say it is Mach 4 - 5. But if you want a solid calculation, the top speed is significantly less, as the part when it goes around this room Yondu and Rocket are in, is the fastest part, but the distances are unknown. So instead you use the part when all the Ravagers are falling in Slo-Mo, and the arrow's speed in Slo-Mo perception, then multiply it until it's at human perception, the arrow was going Mach 1.2, these calculation's are fromGubz's Video.
ANSWER:
OT: 616 Spider-Man dodged a bullet at point blank range, an average bullet travels at 2,500 feet per second. Which is the same as 762 m/s. Which is over Mach 2. So by the calculated speed, Spider-Man dodges the arrow easily, By the assumed top speed, he gets tagged. But I'm also disregarding the Arrow's versatility compared to a bullet. So if the arrow was at it's top speed, it should be able to tag Spider-Man.

I just checked the wiki, it says it caught on fire by piercing a tank of flammable materials. This video gave me the thought that the arrow goes at Mach 1.2 - Mach 5.

I just checked the wiki, it says it caught on fire by piercing a tank of flammable materials. This video gave me the thought that the arrow goes at Mach 1.2 - Mach 5.

In the same scene it supposedly hit re-entry level speed, that random minor character casually dodged it and I don't think we're to take that to mean he has mach 25+ reactions, the scene didn't feel that way to me.

@subline: So I was right?

@jashro44:

@subline: IIRC didn't it burn up and light on fire at one point in GotG 2?

I just checked the wiki, it says it caught on fire by piercing a tank of flammable materials. This video gave me the thought that the arrow goes at Mach 1.2 - Mach 5.

Depends how fast it is. If its on the lower end Peter could catch it. If its mach 3-5 I am not sure if he could catch it.

@jashro44:
I was wrong anyway, the arrow lit up on fire when Yondu whistled in a higher pitch, it's supposed to go faster if the pitch is higher anyway. Here's the fire part anyway.

@jashro44: Why does that have to be an antifeat for the arrow, why can't Taserface be that fast? Just because hes a joke character does not change his feats.

@subline: So I was right?
