Either Wanda or Fox QS would solo this army with bloodlust. MCU QS probably could too.

2x Scarlet Witch's could do it, one to hold up a shield and one to drop tanks on the troops but I can't see Wanda holding up a shield (which she'd need to do at all times) and attacking simultaneously. I don't think QS is that much use here, he can probably take out a decent chunk of the army but gets shot eventually. The duo as listed lose more often than not.

FOX QS solos with within a hundredth of a second. He throws a grape at the ground and the shock-wave atomises the army.
