The main fighters will be Doflamingo and his crew vs Sinbad and his eight generals, but the armies of both countries also count.

This is interesting. I'm not sure that Sinbad himself would jump in and fight Doflamingo head-on, so the actual battle would likely be left to his generals; Sharrkan and Yamuraiha could probably take care of a majority of the main threats bar Pica, which might take a Bararaq or Bararaq Saiqa from Sinbad to finish off due to the nature of his power. By then, it'd probably be up to Sinbad to take down Doflamingo, which honestly shouldn't be a problem for him. In the end, Sindria is guaranteed a win, but Dresrosa puts up a fight due to their powerhouses edging out those of Sindria for the most part. Their leaders, however, aren't really comparable.
