I google searched but couldn't find this fight so here we go.

Round 1: Gotham City, Madame Rouge just captured a Titan and Batman is busy with League business, Plastic Man just so happens to be visiting Bats but gets a call about the missing Titan. Assume random encounter, neither has prep/knows about their opponent. Morals on if it matters

Round 2: same scenario as above except in Metropolis and it's take your kid to work day. Gemini is with her mom and Offspring is with his dad. Who would be the stronger duo?

Round 3: Mr Mxyzptlk is bored and decides to make the ultimate stretchy board game showdown of all time, he summons Madame Rouge and Plastic Man to see who can out stretch the other in a non-combat, stretching-only game of Twister. The twister board gets bigger and bigger as the game goes on, until one cannot stretch any longer. Cheating in the game is allowed (i.e. one contestant sucker punching or idk tickling the other person).

Round 1 goes to Plastic Man if he is serious. Batman has said he has the capability of taking down Superman. Regardless Plastic Man has more abilities Madame Rouge doesn’t have. For example he has no limits of how far he stretches and he can put holes inside his body along with size alteration and density control all plastic man has to do in my opinion is either rip her apart because she doesn’t have cellular regeneration or stretch into a prison with no holes so she can’t get out.

Round 2 could go either way because Offspring didn’t inherit his fathers powers but got a toned down version due to not using all the acids or drinking it with chocolate syrup leaving him with stretching with limitations and shape shifting but he can’t put holes inside of himself Gemini and Offspring basically have the same abilities just depends on how they use them.

Round 3 goes to Plastic Man without cheating because he can stretch for infinity but if madame rouge imitates someone else or tries to knock him off she has a good chance but Plastic man is pretty powerful classified as an immortal

R1 and R3 go to Plastic Man. The guy stopped a rampaging Fernus and like stated above can stretch A LOT. But I don't believe he can beat Superman.

No idea about R2.
