I'm leaning towards Jessica, only however because of no knowledge.

Laurel probably would assume that Jessica is either a good fighter and thus start expecting an average or about average female, in which case Jessica could possibly surprise her, putting her down extremely quickly. Not to mention of course that bloodlust means Jessica won't job and will demolish Laurel if she drops the ball.

If knowledge was applicable I would say Laurel would take it in an interesting fight between two relatively low balled characters.
