Hard to say. It think that kakashi will take it. While it will be hard for him to hit gai it will be impossible for him to hit kakashi.

Guy is way to fast and since he is not going to be able to die well then nothing is stopping him from assaulting a huge load of attacks on Kakashi and im pretty sure Night guy can get trough PS.

guy is pretty fast, he faster than Madara. Kakashi is nowhere near Madara speed, but Kamui has hax so that he can be.

if kakashi bfr can keep up with gai he could win. No limit on 8 gates gives the win otherwise
