Full power? That’s a lot and I doubt it since the directors said he overpowered the IG due to stormbreaker being part of the same thing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he could but right now I think it’s hard to tell

Well Cyclops's optic blasts have same intensities but it produces on a large scale without those glasses...Therefore certainly Thor's Stormbreaker could pierce through Cyclops's optic blasts

@biswaboxz: I'm not talking about the Astonishing series. That was when Emma helped him gain complete control of his powers. I said he can't shut them off. But he has shown he can control the intensity of the blast. Otherwise, no reason he would have said "going max power" against the Hulk. Otherwise, he would have blown Emma completely away when she went diamond in Endsong when she went diamond. Otherwise, a no visor blast against Namor would have been comparable to his lawn blast or blown away half of the Krakoa. Otherwise everytime he didn't have the glasses, he would blow everyone away with his only control being how wide he opens his eyes, like how he managed to fight just fine against some goons in the convenient store while wearing his sunglasses and was pulling off thin blasts to cut objects to blowing the entire roof off the place. It used to be the case, but it hasn't been for a long time. It's his mind that controls the intensity. From an old biopage from decades ago:
"The width of Cyclops' eye blast seems to be focused by his mind's psionic field with the same autonomic function that regulated the original eyes ability to focus. As Cyclops focuses, the size of the aperture changes and thus acts as a valve to control the flow particles and the beam's relative power."
"The only limit to the eye blast is constantly focusing. After about 15 minutes of constant usage, the field psionic field subsides and only a slight leakage of energy is allowed to pass."
TL:DR; His mind controls the power and output, but his powers are always active. The visor just helps provide fine control. Scan page from handbook below.

Nope. Cyclops' optic blast can obliterate mountains. Stormbreaker is just a deus ex machina.

Full power? That’s a lot and I doubt it since the directors said he overpowered the IG due to stormbreaker being part of the same thing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he could but right now I think it’s hard to tell

Full power? That’s a lot and I doubt it since the directors said he overpowered the IG due to stormbreaker being part of the same thing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he could but right now I think it’s hard to tell

Full power? That’s a lot and I doubt it since the directors said he overpowered the IG due to stormbreaker being part of the same thing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he could but right now I think it’s hard to tell

Nope. Cyclops' optic blast can obliterate mountains. Stormbreaker is just a deus ex machina.

Well Cyclops's optic blasts have same intensities but it produces on a large scale without those glasses...Therefore certainly Thor's Stormbreaker could pierce through Cyclops's optic blasts

I think Storm Breaker could easily cut through it. The infinity stones were nerfed in the movie, but they still weren't a joke.

Really disappointed at the results. Only non-comic readers would vote yes
