@wolfrazer: She killed zombies with single kicks. That implies a ton of strength on her part, and that's her pre injection. With powers, she could kill zombies with slaps and by snapping their neck. She dodges bullets and has outrun gunfire multiple times.

Her TP is nuts, considering she can kill people from long range easily and blast people through walls with it. Leon doesn't really have a counter to having his brain messed up. Her range with these powers is actually pretty large considering she could manipulate objects from space and could sense certain people with it. I don't see how she couldn't deal with Leon with full knowledge of how dangerous he is.

Alice easily, but she's a shit character that belongs to a shitty bunch of movies based on one of gamings greatest franchises. Leon is a far, far better character and far better written.

Leon is capable of fighting Chris, who can dodge Wesker, and Wesker can dodge 50 cal. rounds, along with tanking RPGs. Leon landed a hit and held his own against Krauser in a knife fight (and beat him with guns), who should be comparable to Alexia, who can briefly contend with Wesker, who once again... dodges 50. cal rounds and tanks RPGs... If Leon scales to people in speed who can dodge Wesker's hypersonic movement, then Leon should be on a similar level as well. A single roundhouse from Leon literally explodes the heads of his enemies.

Alice, the bad DeviantArt Sonic OC, beat a bootleg movie version of Wesker (who I will refer to as Bob from Walmart as of now) who can only dodge normal bullets and dies to shotgun and handgun rounds.

TK? Leon in Vendetta got flung around and rag dolled into a wall with little to no damage. He would also speed blitz Alice before she can even react.

Leon honestly solos the RE movie verse with his bare hands alone, which is a fitting end to a garbage knock off series.

Alice with powers is not beating Leon. Alexia, who'd scale to Manuela, could not beat Chris. Chris is about even with Leon (Leon does have better showings than Chris though, even against the same foes)

Only Alice's rarely used mind rape will work against him.
