Who wins and why?

Daisy pushes up daisies. Oliver easily.

Daisy has improved drastically since Season 2, and is exponentially getting better. She can take him, won't be easy though.

Daisy's good but not that good. She's got a ways to go before she could contend with someone like Ollie

Main thing she's got going for her is well choreographed fight scenes (Arrow's aren't always as good). And overhyped fights with a Kree and Hive.

@arcus1: Her fights with Hive and the Kree Reaper were superb showings though.

Oliver takes this. Better in everyday, except maybe reflexes.

They were good, but not that good. With Hive she used her powers extensively, and Hive was also kinda toying with her towards the end since she couldn't do any actual damage to him. The Kree fight gave her a nice striking feat, but overall Ollie is the superior fighter. Far more showings against a greater variety of threats

Oliver could literally take her on with his hands behind his back. Reminds me of the time Laurel tried to take on Malcom.

Daisy is incredibly underrated skill wise, but she still loses.

Give the guy credit where credit's due

The choreography might not always be the best, and he might have his inconsistencies, but it's quite clear that he's portrayed as a high caliber martial artist who's simply out of Daisy's league

Daisy, her ability to beat Kree through just technical skill is crazy. As if that wasn't enough, she pretty much beat Sinara, who is a Kree with skill. Her reaction speed is crazy good too. As for the final nail in the coffin, she can take hits from Kree without dropping. She takes Oliver down.

Daisy's fight with Hive is overhyped? People barely bring it up even though it's insane, and well past Ollie if I'm being honest.

@anthp2000: Her showing against Hive has always been underappreciated. I swear, It felt like I was the only one who felt like that was Daisy's make it/break it point and from then on she was a high tier combatant.

Idk what about the feat that makes it fly under the radar for people, but it's insane. Oliver hasn't demonstrated that level of skill/physicality ever. And that was Daisy in S3. When she was barely starting off her career as an agent/hero. Now, she's casually slapping around superhumans in cqc and dismisses them as fodder.

I honestly don't know what it is, but without going through your RT again, I wouldn't have noticed it either. It's rather weird given how insane it is.

Again, this was a weakened, having lost bags worth of blood, Daisy, fighting someone with Ward's skill+ but about 10 times stronger and borderline immune to damage. He used a knife against her, with which Ward is specifically trained with and has an excellent showing in defeating 5-6 SHIELD agents dogpiling him, in full armor head to toe, meaning he'd have to target specific spots of the body to take them out, all in 4 seconds. She still disarmed him and used his own weapon against him, let alone grappling with him and outmaneuvering him, IIRC broking out of his grip.

And that's unarmed combat. I tend to be massively impressed when people like May, Nat, Bobbi and Clint exchange blows with and make headway against such powerful opponents, because they're the only humans I've seen doing so, but they most often use weapons to perform these feats. Daisy actually did it unarmed.

@anthp2000: When I brought it up against Arcus, his go-to debunk was "Daisy used her powers". But looking back she only used it in very short bursts like 3 or 4 times. She used the first few to block (which she could've dodged or redirected without them as she later demonstrated within the fight itself) Hive's punches and the one and only time she actually achieved something with it that she couldn't have done otherwise was when she used them to drive the knife into Hive's sternum, negating his strength. But it's not like it was the thing that beat Hive nor does it invalidate everything Daisy accomplished beforehand.
