Daredevil. If Gordon could take on a Talon, so could Daredevil.

Nothing that I can remember from Talon would give Matt much trouble, and I'm fairly certain morals off, bloodlust would give Matt a much higher advantage than the other way around just to add insult to injury.

Talons are bullet timers, IIRC. Though their skill is severely lacking when compared to someone like Matt. I'd side with Matt.

Bump and yeah, Talons are clear-cut bullet timers.
