Selenium grid set up

Suppose in an automation framework,
I have an allocator class that executes the test cases from an excel which are in "yes" state .Allocator class is the main class here which is the entry point of execution.
Now suppose I set up my hub and nodes as per process.
Question:-
Do I need to manually trigger the Allocator class in the hub And the scripts will get executed in parallel in various nodes or do I need to do something else.
