I can connect to SQL server with the following connection using pyodbc.

cnxn = pyodbc.connect("Driver=SQL Server Native Client 11.0;"
"Server=" + _SERVER + ";"
"Database=" + dbName + ";"
"uid=" + _USER + ";pwd=" + _PASSWORD)

However I can't connect using sqlalchemy

 engine = sqlalchemy.create_engine('mssql+pyodbc://' + _USER + ':' + _PASSWORD + '@MyServer\SQL1/MyDatabaseNaem.db')
df.to_sql('myTable', con=engine, if_exists='append')

I get the following error,

InterfaceError: (pyodbc.InterfaceError) ('IM002', u'[IM002] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified (0) (SQLDriverConnect)') (Background on this error at: http://sqlalche.me/e/rvf5)

What is wrong with my connection string?
