Xamp install of Composer not working in Windows 10 command prompt

2

I am new learner for Laravel 5.7. I have some issue installing Composer on my machine.

My machine is Windows 10 and Composer will install successfully for composer.exe file from the this URL: https://getcomposer.org/doc/00-intro.md#installation-windows. This is successfully installed but in command prompt, the command composer -V is not showing.

And one dialog box will come. How to run Composer; I will check the both administrator and normal user.

Here I will show the some screen shots:

Here this is the command prompt for my system; php -v is working but composer -v not working

My environment variables screen shot

My path extensions also
