We know they aren't crack shots and this isn't a highnoon duel, whoever's gun packs the most punch wins and that's Tuco, plus, he draws on anyone who insults his mother and stays drawn...he's drawing first...

In a public setting I'd give Jose the edge. Tuco's gonna talk too much & try to intimidate him, that will be his downfall.

Tuco is on edge every second of his life, so this only serves to help Jose not get destroyed as soon as the fight starts....

That only further validates the point I was trying to make. "In a public setting" Tuco isn't going to be the first one to do something rash like pulling a gun in a public fast food joint. He might show Jose the gun but that's only going to get him killed faster.

Exactly! He just pulled up his shirt & showed Mike the gun in his waistband but he didn't pull it until Mike grabbed him. Jose's definitely gonna fire the first shot.

The variables as to what it takes to make him strike you are definitely more dependent on what is said to him moreso than where he is....

I can definitely see that happening if Tuco lands the first punch & Jose is too stunned to pull his gun or is knocked out outright. That's why I only gave Jose 'the edge".

This could easily go either way but I think the odds are slightly tipped in Jose's favor...Just a bit.

I can agree, but it's a really small edge that only suggests he might start with his hand on his hip...only because he's more likely to draw without provocation, but not more likely than Tuco after his mom is insulted, he's going to strike first.

It's irrelevant. This is more of a "Mike vs. Tuco" situation. Jose ain't knocking on Tuco's front door.

Jimmy and Nacho are the only reason those skaters lived ..... Tuco would have tortured and killed them ...he's not gonna stop intimidate anyone who insults his abuelita, Mike didn't insult him directly.... that's a fact and unless you ignore that fact, which you clearly are, Tuco strikes first and last....

I think we're on the same page, just with a difference of opinion.

We should be on the same page, not sure how you can disagree with Tuco winning outright with him having a reason to strike first. I can see Jose winning, but only if he manages to pull his gun out as he's getting the sh*t beat out of him and that's not as likely as him getting KOed or shot first.
