Novel Kars can run through his opponent pretty damn well here. He's too overpowered to be beaten here.

Either JoJo character has a shot from what I know of their opponent.

Reality Overwrite could possibly hurt her but it’s nothing she hasn’t come back from. That and DIO is severely outdone in stats, abilities, and just about everything and his timestop won’t work on her.

Two fists won’t cut it against trillions of weapons tearing him along with time and space all around him to shreds.

Not as knowledgeable on Novel Kars but he’s also seems a glass cannon with both Dio and Killer Queen blowing him up. And while he can reform himself, that gets countered by the White Queen’s damage that she inflicts being completely irreversible unless she herself allows it to be undone.

“The White Queen used brute force to hold back the incident’s changes and thus maintained her memories. This suggests that even rearranging causality would fail to affect her being, anything she caused directly, or anyone she killed.”

“Let’s not be so optimistic, Beatrice. Not even changing history would save you from that Queen’s attack.”

Centuries of tradition and legends older than a millennium meant nothing to that great evil. That ultimate distortion was far greater than a black hole and she would alter everything just by being there. Who could say that her influence did not reach time and space as well? Who could claim that those remained absolute sanctuaries?

Plus, the Unexplored-class were anthropomorphized versions of the other world’s rules and the White Queen had destroyed them all and was dragging them around with her. How could anyone calmly assume that had no effect on history? It made no sense to assume that was a safe zone. In fact, the only sensible conclusion was that everything visible had been thrown out of order in that moment.

Take the Rainy Girl incident for example.

That proved the White Queen was not affected by changes to history and causality.

I don't know but from what i hear about this girl would still kill them.
