Rules:

• Battle takes place on an indestructable planet the size of Jupiter


• In-Character/Standard Morals


• Full teamwork applies(Doomsday, Zod and Hank aren't gonna go berserk and attack their own team)


• DC Team is Composite Post-Crisis, New 52 and Rebirth


• Marvel Team is Earth-616


• They start at opposite ends of the planet, and have about 10 minutes to figure out how they're gonna approach the fight

Who wins and why?

Team 2, Team 1 doesn't have the power of someone like Cyborg Superman or Doomsday on their side

I thought superman and others have a weakness to magic so if asgard uses magic would that help then win. But if asgard gets enough kryptonite then that might help them win.
