From what ive seen only DS and Asura are factors in this battle. I guess they could give Odin a hard time, i dont know much about Schneiders hax but ive heard he is multi-galaxy level. I say toss-up for now, but i could be swayed.

@asgardianbrony: This is pre-majin form Dark Schneider. His best DC and durability feats place him at teambuster level but that's only through statements. By actual feats he's much weaker. Though he does have some hax that bypass durability like sub-atomic destruction, BFR, illusions, time manip, sealing, and soul attacks. And he's 7,000x FTL in base. Mantra Asura is high herald but I seriously doubt he's a factor outside of soul manipulation which I don't know whether or not Odin has resistance too.

The other 4 combatants are massively FTL and large planet lvl and one of them (Satan) can copy abilities and another one has probability manipulation and atomic matter manipulation (Midora). So it's like 5 teambusters and a herald vs Odin, but with plenty of hax. If you can provide feats for Odin I might be able to pitch an argument as long as he's not crazy OP.

@god_vulcan: Thanks for the rundown man, greatly appreciated.

If you can provide feats for Odin I might be able to pitch an argument as long as he's not crazy OP.

Sure thing.

Destructive Power (Energy/Magic blasts)

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2

Oneshot kills Hela with a casual blast. Hela is considered on par with hell-lords like Mephistopheles.

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2Gallery image 3
Odin's battle with infinity destroyed galaxies and rent space-time. Scientists who could only see the very outer ring of the conflict saw worlds being destroyed and reborn from the power being unleashed.
Gallery image 1Gallery image 2Gallery image 3Gallery image 4

In Odin's fight with Seth (amped by the power of the entire egyptian pantheon) their attacks send shockwaves across every plane of reality, worlds are destroyed, dying suns are reignited, the fabric of the multiverse is torn and, when Odin finally gets his full power back, galaxies are destroyed.

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2Gallery image 3

Odin (upon regaining his stolen power) oneshot destroys the entire pantheon of Narcisson, including the skymother Zelia.

Raw Strength

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2

Odin and Forsung undergo a contest of strength. Each takes ahold of one end of the scepter and try to hold on for as long as they can as both combatants unleash their power through the scepter to try and blast the other off. Odin is triumphant, keeping his hold with one hand even against planet busting and sun busting energies (this also counts as a durability feat).

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2Gallery image 3

Odin overpowers the skyfather Uthana-Thoth, who through sheer force of will could hold an entire universe together and then destroy it.

Durability

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2

Odin no-sells attacks from Thanos and Silver Surfer without even budging.

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2Gallery image 3

Odin fights the god-tempest for days on end, constantly assaulted by galaxy level power (the god tempest is galaxy sized, shakes black holes and destroys planets by its mere presence) every second of every day, yet he tanks it all and only falls into the odinsleep after many days. Plenty of skyfather or above beings have feats of tanking a galaxy level attack, but you would be hard pressed to find another feat like this, of tanking such attacks for days on end without rest.

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2

Even while weakened Odin was able to withstand an assault from amped Seth, including an attack that shook the entire universe.

Hax Abilities

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2

Even a far less experienced King Thor was able to stop time and Odin himself has stopped time on the entire planet earth.

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2

Odin uses BFR quite a bit. Odin can banish enemies to any realm he wishes.

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2Gallery image 3

Odin is the equal of galactus in telepathy, leagues above other telepaths like Xavier. Odin actually got in Galactus mind and started unearthing memories, he was mind-r*ping an abstract!

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2

If Odin wishes he can simply absorb enemies into himself just like he did to Surtur and Infinity.

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2

Odin not only manipulated the universe burning (and eventually multiverse burning if left unchecked) power of the eternal flame, he actually NULLIFIED the energy, something impossible by science (it says frigga helped, but Odin is far more powerful so he did most of the work). Odin manipulated and nullified universal energy.

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2Gallery image 3

Odin can reality warp. In scan 1 he undoes all the damage caused across galaxies from his fight with infinity, in scan 2 it is shown that the odinforce can casually create solar systems/galaxies and in scan 3 Odin tears the tenth realm (realms confirmed to be universes) from its place and seals it away.

Any other questions, just ask me (there are plenty more showings). I'm intrigued to know how you think this battle would go after seeing these feats.

@asgardianbrony: Ok... so, based off of everything in that post, the team's chances of winning are slim to none. He's lightyears ahead of them collectively in DC, and is just as durable with hax of his own. He could oneshot each member of the team either individually or all at once if galaxy busting attacks are a go-to.

However, I noticed you didn't include a speed section, so I'll say the team's one and only chance is whether or not he's fast enough to react to speed demons like Dark Schneider and Jin Mo-Ri. Though I highly doubt that they can do anything to him, unless Odin has no defense against Soul destroying attacks. Then DS could maybe blitz (depending on his reaction speed) and use Crow Bar, a sealing spell that destroys the soul of whoever tries to escape.

Odin (like most comic skyfather level beings) really doesn't have much in the way of speed feats as any enemy he fights is, like himself, a cosmic being powerful enough to destroy galaxies and manipulate the laws of reality. So, the characters are likely faster, but i doubt it would help them much as Odin can simply stop time or disintegrate them with a thought.

unless Odin has no defense against Soul destroying attacks. Then DS could maybe blitz (depending on his reaction speed) and use Crow Bar, a sealing spell that destroys the soul of whoever tries to escape.

While vulnerable and in the odinsleep Hela, even with a special sword crafted to kill Odin, could only split his soul not destroy it; furthermore Odin has powerful soul manipulation abilities, such as the numerous times he has tampered with Thor's soul (something even classic Dr Strange couldnt do). Likewise King Thor, who is less experienced than Odin, was able to forcefully manipulate the soul of a skyfather (young OF Thor). The above said, i doubt the attack would be much use against Odin.

Well Loki hardly ever uses TP offensively but going off that one feat he should be around Thanos level in telepathy, seeing as Odin and Galactus are equals mentally and Loki/Thanos have both fought them mentally, though they ended up losing.

@asgardianbrony: I don't think the team has a good shot at winning. Maybe 1 out of 10 times. But I'll counter some stuff you said anyway, because I simply love debating.

So, the characters are likely faster, but i doubt it would help them much as Odin can simply stop time or disintegrate them with a thought.

Two of the characters here have time stop resistance, and since you already admitted to them having a speed advantage, I want to point out that that means they're capable of attacking him before he activates it. And what does "disintegrate with a thought" refer to?

While vulnerable and in the odinsleep Hela, even with a special sword crafted to kill Odin, could only split his soul not destroy it;

Did that incap him or not? And was her goal to actually destroy his soul (and she failed) or just split it?

furthermore Odin has powerful soul manipulation abilities, such as the numerous times he has tampered with Thor's soul (something even classic Dr Strange couldnt do). Likewise King Thor, who is less experienced than Odin, was able to forcefully manipulate the soul of a skyfather (young OF Thor). The above said, i doubt the attack would be much use against Odin.

This is an illogical conclusion. Offense does not equal to defense. Being able to manipulate other people's soul wouldn't give you resistance to it in return.

And if I may ask, what's Odin's answer to absolute zero and sub-atomic destruction? With a speed advantage Darsh can maybe attack Odin before he reacts, and launch a spell called Testament which freezes the opponent at Absolute Zero before destroying them on a sub-atomic lvl.

True, but as you said, Odin is durable enough to tank whatever they throw at him.

And what does "disintegrate with a thought" refer to?

Odin's reality warping/magic powers. Odin could just do what he did against the pantheon of Narcisson and turn them into cosmic ash, or better yet he could wipe them from reality.

No Caption Provided

Even the much younger and less experienced KT had the ability to remove people from reality. Do the manga/game characters have any resistance to this sort of attack?

Did that incap him or not? And was her goal to actually destroy his soul (and she failed) or just split it?

He was in the odinsleep when she attacked, so he was incapped already, lol.

The feat is actually better than i initially remembered. Odin was completely invulnerable to Hela's soul manipulation:

No Caption Provided

This is an illogical conclusion. Offense does not equal to defense. Being able to manipulate other people's soul wouldn't give you resistance to it in return.

I could argue, but the above feat is proof he will be immune to his opponents soul powers.

Considering Odin was able to survive and... ahem... have sex... in the universe burning eternal flames of Surtur during the Everything Burns arc (where Surtur amassed the full power of the eternal flame and was going to burn the entire multiverse) i think its safe to say sub-atomic manip from less than skyfather level beings wont be of much use against him. As for freezing him, the only thing to my knowledge that has ever done that is the Casket of Ancient Winters, which is magical cold that can freeze entire dimensions, which id think is far more potent even than absolute zero. I honestly doubt that any hax below skyfather level would be effective.

Depends on what they throw at him. Some attacks bypass durability.

Yeah, existence erasure (or reality wiping as you call it) won't stop Darsh. He's resisted before, only to come back in a stronger form:

Gallery image 1Gallery image 2Gallery image 3Gallery image 4

However, this feat was completed after Majin form, which iss restricted in the OP. So basically Darsh is heavily nerfed, but at full power I think he could beat Odin by himself. You can bump any existing Odin vs Dark Schneider thread and we'll dance there.

He was in the odinsleep when she attacked, so he was incapped already, lol. The feat is actually better than i initially remembered. Odin was completely invulnerable to Hela's soul manipulation: I could argue, but the above feat is proof he will be immune to his opponents soul powers.

Fair enough.

How did you arrive at that conclusion? And Darsh is skyfather lvl at full power.

I honestly doubt that any hax below skyfather level would be effective.

Based on what? Do you have anything substantial to base these claims off of other than the "level" the characters operate? Because that's not convincing, and it doesn't help that DS is a skyfather.

However, I noticed you didn't include a speed section, so I'll say the team's one and only chance is whether or not he's fast enough to react to speed demons like Dark Schneider and Jin Mo-Ri.

While vulnerable and in the odinsleep Hela, even with a special sword crafted to kill Odin, could only split his soul not destroy it;

I could argue, but the above feat is proof he will be immune to his opponents soul powers.

Yeah, existence erasure (or reality wiping as you call it) won't stop Darsh. He's resisted before, only to come back in a stronger form:

However, this feat was completed after Majin form, which iss restricted in the OP. So basically Darsh is heavily nerfed, but at full power I think he could beat Odin by himself. You can bump any existing Odin vs Dark Schneider thread and we'll dance there.

While vulnerable and in the odinsleep Hela, even with a special sword crafted to kill Odin, could only split his soul not destroy it;

Fair enough.

Based on what? Do you have anything substantial to base these claims off of other than the "level" the characters operate? Because that's not convincing, and it doesn't help that DS is a skyfather.

Two of the characters here have time stop resistance, and since you already admitted to them having a speed advantage, I want to point out that that means they're capable of attacking him before he activates it. And what does "disintegrate with a thought" refer to?

While vulnerable and in the odinsleep Hela, even with a special sword crafted to kill Odin, could only split his soul not destroy it;

I could argue, but the above feat is proof he will be immune to his opponents soul powers.

Based on what? Do you have anything substantial to base these claims off of other than the "level" the characters operate? Because that's not convincing, and it doesn't help that DS is a skyfather.

Well Loki hardly ever uses TP offensively but going off that one feat he should be around Thanos level in telepathy, seeing as Odin and Galactus are equals mentally and Loki/Thanos have both fought them mentally, though they ended up losing.

I don't know enough about Odin to say who'd win this.

While vulnerable and in the odinsleep Hela, even with a special sword crafted to kill Odin, could only split his soul not destroy it;

I could argue, but the above feat is proof he will be immune to his opponents soul powers.

This is an illogical conclusion. Offense does not equal to defense. Being able to manipulate other people's soul wouldn't give you resistance to it in return.

I could argue, but the above feat is proof he will be immune to his opponents soul powers.

@god_vulcan:

Two of the characters here have time stop resistance, and since you already admitted to them having a speed advantage, I want to point out that that means they're capable of attacking him before he activates it.

Depends on what they throw at him. Some attacks bypass durability.

Yeah, existence erasure (or reality wiping as you call it) won't stop Darsh. He's resisted before, only to come back in a stronger form:

However, this feat was completed after Majin form, which iss restricted in the OP. So basically Darsh is heavily nerfed, but at full power I think he could beat Odin by himself. You can bump any existing Odin vs Dark Schneider thread and we'll dance there.

Fair enough.

How did you arrive at that conclusion? And Darsh is skyfather lvl at full power.

Based on what? Do you have anything substantial to base these claims off of other than the "level" the characters operate? Because that's not convincing, and it doesn't help that DS is a skyfather.

Only Darsh in his Majin form can be a real threat.
