I need to run command “build yarn” in specific folder and yarn install in root
Here is my yaml file code. How i add commands to "build yarn" and yarn install in root.The folder i want to run command "build yarn" is something like that "poject/cms" from root

type: deploy
stage: development
image: ruby:latest
script:
- apt-get update -qy
- apt-get install -y ruby-dev
- gem install dpl
- dpl --provider=heroku --app=node-heroku-dpl --api-key=heroku key
