Rules:

Battle happens in an indestructible planet. No BFR. Morals off. Perfect teamwork. Gladiator's confidence is at its peak. Silver Surfer is at post-Annihilation levels. Hulk is at Worldbreaker levels, and his teammates will be immune to his gamma bursts. All DC characters are at standard pre-new 52 levels (no Fernus), but Hal Jordan is also allowed Rebirth feats. Who wins?

Green Team, only ones who can resist TP are Silver Surfer and Quasar(not sure), Surfer has a very close fight with Kyle and Quasar gets overwhelmed. Annihilatiors actually could win if Quasar drains Kyle, otherwise it’s not happening.

Edit: Nvm, with WBH they can't win unless some stupid OOC draining happens

Green Team, Everyone in Green Team is solidly powerful but characters like Gladiator don't bring anything to the table for Annihilators (lets be real). I know Surfer and BRB are OP but nothing Martian Manhunter and Kyle cannot handle together.

Remember the important thing -

Hulk is at Worldbreaker levels

He can easily defeat characters below and on par with Beta Ray Bill. Then they have to work against Martian Manhunters TP. Which Surfer himself would have problems with. And going past Kyles shield. Near damn impossible if he is trying hard enough.

This is not a good day for Annihilators they get annihilated.

He'll one shot Gladiator and Ronan with gamma burst and easily beats Bill in this incarnation. "does not belong here" ... oh, he only solos 3/5 of the opposing team.

I just see the Hulk getting his energy drained by Silver Surfer & Quazar or being ripped apart on a molecular level. Plus, all of them can fly besides the hulk if this becomes an aerial battle then Hulk becomes irrelevant.

@yeimsick: It won't become an aerial battle and leave Hulk on the planet, at least a few people will fight Hulk on the ground, who he will beat(unless it's Surfer). As for draining, not only is that not very in character for Surfer, but Hulk's draining resistance has gotten much better since Surfer drained him and particularly in his WBH levels, I doubt Surfer can drain him. As for Quasar, that's possible, but it'll take time and you could say the exact same thing for Hal and Kyle.

Basically Surfer, Bill, and Wendell vs Hulk, J'onn, Hal, and Kyle

I'd say Hulk would be put down via draining, and the Annihilators might actually take the rest with the same trick. Stormbreaker, quantum bands, and power cosmic are all good counter for lanterns, J'onn's TP would be a problem but he can be put down if either one of the trio goes for instant kill.

How do Green Team win when practically everyone but glads can Drain hulk? Bill alone can take Hal/Kyle or Wendell makes short work of them. Norrin has to deal with MMH but he does so fairly quickly IMO.
