A battle between two gary stu's, I wonder how this will turn out.

This...is actually spite, Power Rangers are low-level speedsters and Tommy is elite/arguably the best with better skill, more firepower and more versatility. He's also much stronger than any MCU super soldier since he can throw a car with some effort if we scale him from Bridge.
