The Bride probably curbstomps as far as stats and unarmed martial arts go. It can be said that John is smarter and he absolutely has a shot at tricking and catching her like Budd did.

Beatrix Kiddo. In hand to hand, she stomps. But if Wick had access to a gun, any gun, even a revolver with only one bullet, he'd win.

Beatrix wins in h2h. She's more skilled and can use pressure points.

They're in a Bar, if Wick gets behind the counter he's got a shotgun, 10/10.

Beatrix ftw. Why? Because she Is hot and wick is slow and fat.
