@sog7dc: are you referring to the Court/Night of Owls Owlman or the Crisis (Earth 2? or Prime? idk..) Owlman?

Probably Owlman (his morals are violent not societal norm). Though Bruce makes it a fight vs Thomas (CoO/NoO's)

Batman, stripping him of his morals and letting him use his toys for a " permanent put down" would be far more fair and he would with this one handily.

Batman kills him. Bruce with morals on is easily as good as Shiva, David, Cass and Dragon. Without them he'd be practically unstoppable h2h IMO. Hence he wins a difficult fight against an otherwise impressive opponent.

Could go either way. While prep and knowledge is almost always a win for Bruce, he's facing his earth 2 (I think) counterpart that is, by Bruce's standards, an endictment to Batmans core moral code, and not afraid to kill. But I'd probably take Bruce with prep and knowledge by a slight margin.
