As I always say on these threads, Resident Evil fighters are generally a tier up on CW/MCU fighters. The Chris Redfield who Glenn absolutely took apart, is stronger, faster, more trained and more experienced than Elektra. So what chance does Elektra stand?

If she tanked the iron fist, she wouldn't have gotten blown through a wall and ran away. And she did take on Luke Cage, sort of... but I don't see what that proves. She outmaneuvered him because she's a master ninja martial artist, Glenn could do the same. To be honest, Chris himself isn't that much weaker than Luke, and he's also an amazing fighter on top of it. But Glenn still dismantled him.

Of course. The same way he handled Chris's knife.

This is no small feat. At this point in the timeline, Chris is like a legendary superhero who has saved the entire human race from annihilation multiple times. He has nearly 30 years of training and experience, and his senses, reflexes, reaction time, and muscle memory are all sharpened to razored, ninja-like edges. He can hear a feather drop, deflect a crossbow bolt with his knife, and counterstrike Wesker as well as dodge his bullets.

I don't think that's really enough of a factor to win. Chris confronted Arias with an Assault Rifle, a sidearm, and a knife. Throughout the course of the battle, Glenn toyed with Chris, removing the cartridge from the rifle, then ejecting the round in the chamber, then fully disarming the rifle itself, then disarming Chris's knife, and then disarming his sidearm too. If Glenn could disarm Chris that many times, he can probably disarm the weaker, less experienced Elektra.

So your only exposure to the series is the two worst games in the core franchise... and the movie series.
