Vandal was pretty underwhelming to me personally, team kill him with ease. May with staff honestly could solo, Bobbi and Ward could take it together as well-- if not also solo.

Any of the gents solo. Any two handle it relativelt quickly. 3 with batons and the berserker staff? This is spite.

Don't watch LoT but this looks like a mismatch to me.

1. Bobbi got lucky. She was aiming for the shooters, not the bullets. We never see her display anything close to bullet level speed in her entire time on the series.

2. The Flash is>>>>>Yo-Yo in speed so Savage is still largely superior.

3. In addition to slicing, blocking, dodging and deflecting bullets we've seen Savage completely fodderize Ray Palmer, Heat Wave and Captain Cold, two of whom have gone toe to toe with the Flash.

Savage fills all of them with knives then goes on about his day.

Savage going by his high end feats.

But dude has plenty of low end feats as well. Considering those, Agents can win specially due to Berserker staff May.

If it's the Savage that fought Flash and solo'd Team Arrow, him.

If it's the Savage that lost to Heatwave and Sara alone, then Agents.

@paytience: Bobbi threw her batons before the bullets were fired, if she threw them at bullets that means Bobbi can throw her batons marginally faster than bullets

Crossover Savage was OP. He stomped a team composed of far better combatants.

He also lost to Heatwave and was given a fight by Rip Hunter. As @riddlerfan77 said,
