Being an arrow timer against an archer sure helps. Roy.

I don't think he has. He's an exceptional aim-dodger though.

When did Roy arrow time?

R1: Roy rushes his shot and Hawkeye dodges, then Hawkeye shoots him. Hawkeye.

R2: Gonna say Hawkeye because he fought Black Panther for around 40 seconds and even got him in a hold, then Black Panther cut his staff to escape the hold, which actually shows that he bested Black Panther, and Black Panther won because of his Vibranium Claws. Roy has better agility and physicals, but he mainly only has fodder feats. Hawkeye.

I'm finding it tough to call this.

Hawkeye both rounds. He held his own against t’challa and widow and he is a better archer than Roy .I’m temping to say that he is even a better archer than Oliver TBH

Roy. Hawkeye has never faced any other archer. Roy has and has much better reaction feats. Roy will tag him and win.

So the guy who can't catch arrows dodges it and the guy who can, gets shot? How does that work?

I guess Roy is the only one here with an arrow timing feat, but Clint's fights with Panther and Widow (plus simple logic) suggest he'd be fast enough to do the same.

Clint's a better shot, and he's got better h2h. I guess I can see how, from a very strict feats perspective, an argument could be made for Roy, but even then I don't think I'd be convinced. Logically, this is Hawkeye's fight to lose.

And I don't get why everyone is obsessed with arrow timing feats when we all know damn well no one has ever shot an arrow at Clint. I'd say these feats are better, as well as keeping up with Black Panther who is a bullet timer. Arrow timing is below Clint lol.
