I'm quite surprised that so many people think he stops at Thor. Isn't Superman's Main advantage against Thor his Superior Speed? Since Clark and Billy are regarded as Equals, and since Billy isn't Vulnerable to Magic like Clark, Shouldn't he Beat Thor?

Thor has the Strength and Versatility to give Billy a Run for his Money, But not the Speed.

@skywalker95: agreed, I think billy still would beat Thor for that reason. But I also remember MMH and Superman being regarded as equals or near equals. So shouldn’t Supes be 17, 16, or 15? I definitely think he should be above at least quasar. As for the guy claiming the black bolt thing, I agree with black bolt deserving to be higher. I just think he should be under Nova. But It’s your list and your opinion so there is no correct way. I hate when people say “Wrong order” when we are all here to give OPINIONS about Fictional battles with characters we love. either way this is unsurprisingly another great battle keep up the good work.

@skywalker95: Superman has superior feats, and not to mention that Billy stated he KOed Clark only due to his vulnerability to magic, hell, he even admitted the world needs Superman more than him.
