Mr Krabs has been able to defeat entire armies as long as he was motivated by money, so I think he would take that one.

Round 1: probably crabs, unless McDuck gets his cain he may not last all too long. although McDuck is wayyy more aggressive/brave than krabs, so an argument could be made for him just beating Krabs; who is more of a flight kind of guy than a fighter.
Round 2: Hahahaha Krabs ambition for gold is nascent compared to McDuck's!!! this is not even comparable. The life of your best worker (who he has barely ever shown any kindness towards) or the man who puts his 3 grandchildren in life/death situations for profit....on a regular basis!!
and in the end, McDuck could just buy the krusty krab along with bikini bottom and evict krabs from his property.

@cpt_nice: yeah i had forgotten...not his kids, although i doubt whose kids they were makes any difference. Scrooge could never stand to be second richest to GlomGold and would risk any life to gain the title of worlds richest...
Kudos for using these two in a match!

R1: I know Eugene's got big meaty claws, but I don't recall much combat feats so I'll go with Scrooge based off the respect thread.
R2: Hmm...Maybe Krabs cause he was willing to tear a man's arm off for a penny :P

Bump. And McDuck for both rounds.
R1: Scrooge as an old man could knock a man out by throwing a gold nugget at him that was bigger than his fist. He fought and won a fist fight against Roosevelt and in his younger days he demolished a steam boat and even launched a rhino on a tree by jumping on a wood plank the rhino had on his horn
R2: Scrooge literally sacrificed everything on his quest to become the richest duck on earth, he risked his life and the life of others, completely severed his ties to his family and similar things

@vashtanerada88: Yeah when it comes to finding treasure, Scrooge is willing to put his great nephews (not children) in considerable danger about twice a week, lol.
