It's a tossup between her and Natasha, but Bucky destroys her like Slade did.

Round 1: Wins in a few seconds flat.

Round 2: Little harder, still takes him down pretty quick though.

Round 3: Honestly could see her possibly lose a couple here, Natasha is frankly overrated IMO, but she is still pretty high on the ladder. 8/10 Sara.

Round 4: She goes down pretty hard, Bucky has her outmatched in most areas.

Round 5: Since it doesn't specify I'll assume it's standard gear in regards to non weapons (herb), she goes down pretty hard again, though I would say Bucky might beat her faster. Without herb I could honestly see her winning, BP never impressed me pre-herb and it is very hard to judge fighting ability while someone has everything enhanced.

Round 6: Goes down in half a minute or less, probably never really hurts him at all.

Stops at 3. A case could be made for Hawkeye beating her in 2.

Could stop at Nat, stops hard at Bucky.

Stops at Bucky.

Yeah as most seem to agree stips at Bucky. Has a great fight vs Widow but wins after a hard fight
