@yikesssss: She didn't fight Hela, Thor fought Hela while Valkyrie tossed in her 2 cents, being basically disregarded as Hela pimpslapped her and focus more on Thor

While he was grounded and trying to have a conversation with her. Loki isn't even impressive and he could do what she was trying to do to Hela easier.

This is wrong. She didn't fight her during ragnarock, but she did fight her prior when all the valkayroes were massacred

I think Loki has a decent shot in every round. Especially with Gungir which would one shot Valkyrie.

Depends on how Loki approaches the fight. So I'd say yes.

Loki wins even without his equipment

Valkryie loses everyone unarmed round. Even though I want to say Loki wins the round where she is armed too. MCU's writers seem to think differently. Have we seen MCU Loki actually beat someone in a fair fight that isn't fodder to him by default? I mean he can cheat mid match but still. With Gungir MCU plot is on his side so he beats the likes of Valkyrie with it no question. These are all what I think would happen if they fought each other in a more proper location for the first time.

If it's a rematch Loki wins everytime even without a weapon. His magic and trickery will take Valkyrie by complete surprise. Thor has known Loki his whole life and even he sometimes still gets tricked by Loki.
