@mexcomics2078: Hit Girl has plenty of bladed weapons she could use for round 2. If Batmans suit can be punctured by a knife blade, the weapons Hit Girl has would surely be worse for him.

Hit-Girl could potentially get lucky at range.

Batfleck owns them. Team doesn't even have the bloodlust advantage here.

I essentially see Batman as Mother Russia with gear. Can't see him losing a majority in either round unless Hit-Girl's adrenaline shot counts as standard gear.

Kick-Ass, despite improving in the second movie, is nigh useless here. He's not going to hurt Bruce in any meaningful way, isn't skilled enough to keep up with either fighter, and likely couldn't take more than two hits before he's down for the count. He's a potential blood donor distraction for Hit-Girl at best.

Hit-Girl likely wouldn't damage Batman outside of her blades and even then I think he's fast enough to counter her, evidenced by Bruce being capable of taking one up to four mercenaries at the same time and coming out on top by the end of the exchange. Bruce also has gear that he could utilize as well as a massive strength advantage.

Round 1: Bats. His physicals and skill are enough to nigh body them honestly.

Round 2: Depends on how well Bruce fares against Mindy's bladed weapons, if his suit gets pierced, and she is fast enough to avoid him then she can just keep away at whittle him down. If he gets near she gets downed. Lastly, if adrenaline counts as standard gear (she did just have it on her as if it was there as an 'oh crap' get out jail free card.) then she honestly solos with no real difficulty.

@kirkseven: in that case, I'd say Batman for round one as he iutskills Dave and out stats Mindy, but I heavily back the duo in round two between Dave for damage soak/interference (and he's got batons so I doubt Batman can ignore him completely) and Mindy's bladed staff in addition to ninja stars and guns.

His armor is tough as shit and he was reacting to laser fire from Parademons. It definitely wouldn't be easy for her to shoot him. Especially on top of his own use of grapple gun/batarangs/smoke grenades.

In close combat I think she could do respectable based on her fight with Mother Russia. But she'd be hard pressed to land any lethal bladed hit against his armor and her physicals alone aren't gonna put him down. I'll give her a couple wins I guess if she gets good dirty moves in like eye gouges and ball shots.
