Who wins

Considering how Psyloche was able to keep Beast on his toes and has a weapon to counter Proxima's, she wins almost easily, I put her above Black Widow and Okoye due to how easily her psionic whip went through solid stone and tossed Hank around.

Physically Beast seems far superior to Black Widow.

I actually think this is close. Psylocke didn't defeat Beast, just gave him trouble, and Proxima was defeating Okoye and Black Widow (two more skilled fighters with weapons). Proxima pressured Wanda and was doing well against Cap and Widow until Falcon joined in. I can see Proxima challenging Beast too due to the spear and Beast's lack of range (the disadvantage he has against both).

@buildhare: I guess I'll have to rewatch that fully. I may be thinking Beast did better than he really did since I don't remember him actually losing. But the point I'm making is that Proxima does not have a range disadvantage here. Not sure who wins right now since both are pretty strong (though Proxima gets underrated a lot). Beast's issue was getting close enough. He was able to do something effective when he could get close enough.
