No, clark's amazing striking power is not amazing because of his speed. In MOS, which is by far his weakest incarnation, he pulled this off.

Thor literally rocked his world twice, (that’s a bloddlusted hulk as well who’s just been fighting in an arena for years) something Superman could not replicate period. I mean he literally created a sonic boom from the second punch
